Please note that each piece of jewelry is handcrafted and made to order and will ship in approximately 1 to 2 weeks. All One-of-a-kind pieces are available to you immediately. For quicker turnaround, please contact us at info@jenecklund.com .

Ship for FREE with all orders of $200 or more (United States only). Free shipments are made by USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 2 to 3 business days.
Orders outside the U.S. are subject to a shipping, handling & insurance fee of $15.00. International shipping fees vary by country. Please contact us to find out what fees would be applicable.
Purchases over $1,000 may be subject to special insurance & handling fees.

We feel confident that you will be pleased upon receipt of your purchase. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item to us for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Please follow the instructions below carefully:

Item to be returned must be given an authorization number.
Please click here to receive authorization number: authorization@jenecklund.com . No exchange or refund will be granted without this number. Please enclose unworn item with Authorization Number, receipt, your name and telephone number. The aforementioned must be received in order to credit you.
Item must be carefully packed and insured.

Please note that all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to reject a return if any of the above terms are not met.

Repairs

Due to the delicate nature of jewelry and the use of semi-precious stones, some damage may occur during the life of the product. For damage caused by normal wear-and-tear, we are happy to repair the item for free. In cases where a repair fee is necessary, we make every effort to keep the cost as low as possible.

Items in need of repair:

Please email us at authorization@jenecklund.com . No repair will be accepted without this number. Include a description of the item and how it was damaged.
Upon receipt of your email, you will be issued an authorization number and shipping instructions.
Item must be carefully packed and insured. Include authorization number, your address and telephone number.
Upon receipt of your repair, we will email a confirmation and inform you of any repair costs. Repairs require 3-4 weeks to process and repair. If a fee is involved, payment must be received before we can ship your item back to you.

Jewelry Care

Suggestions:

· Take your jewelry off first to avoid breaking the jewelry or ruining your clothing by snags. (Last On, First Off rule)

· Use jewelry polishing cloths for best results.

· Keep gemstone-studded jewelry, pearls, and gold and silver pieces separated from each other to prevent scratching. Plastic zip lock bags work great as well as soft cloth pouches.

· Get pearls restrung when the cord begins to fray.

· Clean fine jewelry often to maintain its sparkle and beauty.

· Store your jewelry in a dry place and avoid extreme temperature and humidity.

· Protect gemstones from sunlight because many will fade.

Avoid:

· Piling your jewelry into one big heap. Keep each piece separate and wrapped.

· Using toothpaste as its abrasives can damage softer gems and metals. The wrong cleaner may actually damage stones or settings.

· Applying hair spray or perfume once your jewelry is on (spray hair or perfume before).

· Bathing or swimming while wearing your jewelry. Both chlorine and salt water can harm stones or discolor metals.
